CUBILUXE successfully brought architecturally designed, off-site modular construction to existing homes, adding second-storey additions through a unique hybrid construction method that combined traditional building with off-site modular construction. It solved many of the issues faced when building in access limited areas commonly found in Sydney’s inner-city suburbs.
Renowned for his keen eye for detail, precision and forethought of potential issues, Kemble worked closely with clients, architects and engineers to guide construction design — from the structural design and its workability, to the functionality and aesthetics of each individual project. Builders are usually required to work out the detail of designs throughout the building process as often plans are limited in their detail. Having the experience and practical knowledge to understand and identify details that may bring about issues further down the track is an invaluable asset for anyone embarking on the building journey.
